Really good Hospitality Near the Duomo
quality linens smart furnishings modern bathroom
The staff was particularly cute. I received helpful restaurant recommendations. The room featured quality linens and smart furnishings. The modern bathroom added to the comfort (everything was super clean!).
The air conditioning did not work when the windows were open.

The hotel is very accessible to many of the city's beautiful sites. As a solo traveler, I found this to be a very safe location. This central location allows easy access to key attractions.

central location unlimited coffee helpful staff
The hotel's location was central. It was a pleasure to find unlimited coffee and tea available. The staff happily brought my luggage to the floor. That was very helpful!

basic stay with minor issues
small room inconvenient elevator
the room was quite small, barely enough space for luggage. (i had to be creative with storage) also, the elevator was tiny. it only fit two people at a time. it was a bit inconvenient, especially with bags. the room could have used better soundproofing as well. i could hear street noise at night.

mixed feelings about the stay
small elevator inoperative air conditioning
the elevator was quite small and old, i almost missed the entrance to the hotel. reaching the reception on the fourth floor was not convenient with luggage. also, the air conditioning in my room did not work well, i had to close the window to use it, but it barely made a difference.
